Dekton is made from a proprietary blend of natural quartz stone, porcelain, and glass. These raw materials are fused and compressed under high pressure to create a slab material that is very dense. Due to the materials density, it is available as thin as 12mm for Kitchen Worktops.

The surface is not only incredibly hard-wearing but also boasts zero porosity no micro-defects that cause tension or weak spots. It is also completely Thermal Shock proof from both extreme heat and extreme cold.

Dekton is the most scratch resistant surface on the market and while the slip of a knife won’t damage Dekton, cutting boards are still recommended to protect your household utensils.
