| How We Began

The Kitchen House was founded by Liam Wall: a passionate servant of the kitchen industry for over 18 years. During his career, Liam has worked with a variety of products from entry level to high quality and bespoke fitted furniture. He later moved into middle and senior management within the industry, achieving various accolades within his respective roles.

The passion that he has for kitchens and interior design, lead him to a role working for a large kitchen manufacturer based in the French Alps, who became a prominent name in the UK kitchen industry with a number of franchised kitchen showrooms across the country. Liam's role included carrying out meetings with prospective franchisees to discuss the business opportunity and leading them through the exciting journey of opening their own kitchen showroom business.

He also managed the existing UK franchise network. Supporting the stores with a hands-on approach, whilst being at the center of the culture and the ethos of the franchise. Liam was able to ensure that incoming franchisees and the existing network (almost all of whom were from outside of the industry) had all of the knowledge, support and tools that they needed to run a successful business. Many of whom he is still very much in contact with today.

The love for this industry coupled with Liam's entrepreneurial mindset, lead him to form The Kitchen House with the goal of being able to offer an outstanding product with virtually no design limitations and at a cost that enabled his customers to have a truly bespoke kitchen for a very similar price point to an off-the-shelf offering from one of the national chains.

| Putting You First

When we decided to launch The Kitchen House, we wanted to create  business model that ensured we were able to offer a truly customer-centric service. For this reason, we took the decision to operate without the tie of a showroom.

We wanted to be able to spend as much time as required with our clients while in the discovery and conceptualising stage and also to be able to properly manage deliveries and installations on site. With a showroom to run, we felt that this could limit our ability to offer this level of service that we are now renowned for. It also gives us the opportunity to offer the highest quality of products at a price point that truly benefits our customers.

Our main concern will never be making ourselves available to greet customers visting our showroom because in reality our time is best spent ensuring the clients we have are happy and that their projects run smoothly. Our client's projects almost become a real-life showroom and portfolio for us.

On behalf of The Kitchen House, we look forward to hearing from you and can't wait to start discussing your project.
